Ingredients:

  • Tapioca Starch 100g
  • Sugar 黑糖 40g
  • Boiling water 滾水 65g
  1. Add sugar into water and bring it boil
  2. Add boiling sugar water to the starch
  3. roll the dough flat to 0.7-0.8 cm thickness
  4. Cut into strips and then square
  5. roll each square into a ball

Boil 1000cc water

Add Boba into boiling water

Stir

Bring it to boil again

Turn down to medium fire

Simmer for 15 minutes
